<\/i>I emailed\/called the Herbal Academy. Why haven\u2019t I received a response?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

We strive to answer each inquiry within 48 hours on business days. If you have reached out late on Friday, over the weekend, or during a holiday, please expect a delay in response. We personally read and answer every<\/em> single email (unless it is obvious spam)!<\/p>\n

If you have not heard back from us, please check your spam filter and\/or promotional tab if you use gmail for our response and then add our email address to your list of trusted contacts!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nLocate the “SIGN IN” link in the upper right navigation of your screen. Log in using your student username and password. Once logged in, click on MY ACCOUNT (which replaced the sign in button) to access your student dashboard.<\/p>\n
